Cancellations

As all products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations made within 6 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges 

Commitment to Sustainability: To minimize unnecessary waste, we practice ethical 'slow fashion,' meaning all our items are made to order and do not physically exist before your purchase. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges except for damaged items.

Mistake on Our End  

We strive to provide quality products and get things right the first time! However, occasionally mistakes may occur.

If you received the wrong item or found a fault in the product, don't worry-  I'm here to assist you! 

Just follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
  2. Provide Photos: Send us 2 photos showing the damage or error, including a close-up, a full product photo that shows the tag. 
  3. Email Details: Email us at thriftyhobby@gmail.com with your name, order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the problem. 

We will send you a replacement item as soon as the fault has been approved.
